Commanders training camp
How to watch Washington practice in Ashburn: dates, free tickets, parking and what to expect.
Where and how
Open practices are free but capacity is limited: each fan can claim one day only. Rain or shine unless the weather is severe. Two bleachers (sideline and end zone), first come, first served; blankets and lawn chairs allowed on the grass. No photos or video during team periods (7-on-7, 11-on-11, special teams, installs); no professional or video cameras. Autographs after practice are possible but not guaranteed. Pepsi Food Truck Village for food; free water station. The clear-bag policy does not apply, but all bags are searched. Team store pop-up takes cards and tap to pay only. Dates and times can change; the team posts updates in the Commanders app.
Free tickets claimed through SeatGeek (https://seatgeek.com/washington-commanders-tickets): up to 6 tickets and 1 parking pass for one day. Children of all ages count toward the total. Tickets show up in the Commanders app under Tickets.
Limited parking in the on-site Gray Lot. A parking pass must be claimed through SeatGeek along with the free tickets before arriving. The team asks fans to carpool.
