HailDC (haildc.com) is an independent, fan-run website about Washington football, owned and operated by Keala WaiWai Partners. It collects news links, scores, statistics, odds, prediction market prices and other information from public sources and partners. HailDC is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Washington Commanders, the National Football League or any team, league, sportsbook or player.

You must be at least 13 to use HailDC. Pages about betting, odds, pick'em and prediction markets are for adults 21 and older, and you are responsible for following the laws where you live.

Everything on HailDC is for general information and entertainment. It is not betting, financial, legal or professional advice. Scores, statistics, odds and prices come from third parties, can be delayed or wrong, and can change at any time. Always check with the official source before relying on anything. HailDC does not take bets, hold funds or run any wagering, pick'em or prediction market service. Any account you open or wager you place is between you and that operator, under its terms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or availability. Headlines, logos, images and trademarks belong to their owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Scrape, copy or republish the site's content or data in bulk, or use automated tools that put a heavy load on the site, without written permission.
• Try to break, overload, probe or get around the site's security, rate limits or poll and sign-up protections.
• Submit false information, spam, or anyone else's email address without permission.
• Use HailDC's name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

The HailDC name, logo, design, original text, charts, tools and data compilations are owned by Keala WaiWai Partners and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to HailDC pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Team names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the teams.

If you believe something on HailDC infringes your copyright, email info@kealawaiwai.com or write to Keala WaiWai Partners, PO Box 2473, Virginia Beach, VA 23450, with: your contact details; a description of the work; the page address where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review it and remove material when appropriate.

The newsletter and phone alerts are free and optional. You can stop them at any time. We may change or end them without notice.

HailDC is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Keala WaiWai Partners and its owners, members, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, wagers, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of HailDC or from relying on its information, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Keala WaiWai Partners from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of HailDC or your breaking these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in or serving Virginia Beach, Virginia, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. We may change, suspend or end any part of HailDC, or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about HailDC.
